This is Liam from Mattel's "Flavas" line of fashion dolls. The six dolls in the line are multi-ethnic and have an urban, hip hop style with jewelry and stick-on tattoos, described as "ghetto-fabulous." Perhaps they were too edgy, as they were only sold for one year - and are now hard to find in their original packaging.
Marks/Dates: c. 2003. Mattel Style #C1968.
Condition: Mint in its original box. Box shows a bit of shelf wear.
