This is the Cat's Meow Village Point Of Honor in Lynchburg, VA, built in 1815 for Dr. George Cabell, Patrick Henry's physician.

Dimensions: 6" x 4".

Marks/Dates: 1991. Casper on the front steps. Joline signed on the back right corner.

Condition: There is a paint rub on the back, that could be touched up easily.
