Chodziez Set 3 Hand Painted Miniature Porcelain Wall Tiles

These are very unusual. Each miniature tray features a different hand painted building in the center, with a hook on the back for hanging. We're speculating that these were made for tourists. Of course we originally thought they were tea bag holders or salt cellars, until we saw the hooks. Any info on these would be appreciated.
Dimensions: Each measures 2 1/8" x 1 5/8".
Marks: 1975. Each has a handwritten description in Polish - perhaps the name of the building and the artist, along with a paper tag with official stamps on it, a tax stamp? and what appears to be a year, 1975. On the side of each is a Chodziez factory mark in green.
Condition: No chips, cracks or other damage to any.
