L.E. Smith Glass Crystal Scottie Creamer or Pipe Rest

According to Tom Felt's excellent, new, L.E. Smith Glass Company: The First 100 Years, page 308, this Scottie creamer was reportedly made as a give-away in boxes of Post Grape Nuts cereal, as a creamer that kids could use. However, it has also been described as a pipe rest.
Dimensions: 5 1/2" long x 3" high.
Marks/Dates: c. 1930's. There is no number on the bottom.
Condition: There is a shallow sliver on the inside of one ear that you can't easily see, but you can feel. Otherwise, no cracks or other damage.
