Sweet Vintage Ceramic Southern Belle Girl Planter Vase

This sweet, hand painted miss is dressed like a Southern belle with her long skirts, matching hat, and basket of flowers. She's trimmed in gold and has gold toes poking out from beneath her dress.
Dimensions: Figurine measures 5" x 6 1/2" high, and the planter has a 2 3/4" x 1 3/4" oval opening x 2 3/4" high.
Dates/Marks: Unmarked. Makes us think Napco or Inarco because of the coloring/design.
Condition: There is a very old chip on the inside corner of her dress. Otherwise no damage.
