Blue and White Delft Egg Cups WIndmills Vintage Pottery

This is a cute little pair of Blue and White Egg Cups with a windmill motif that has been hand accented. I believe the primary design is a transfer or decal that was over painted.
They are not marked and I do not know where the origin was, but I suspect it was Japan and probably date to the 1950's 60's. They are in the Delft Style.
There is no damage, but there is wear to the base and there are some manufacturing imperfections where the a nick on the base was glazed and the paint was smeared.
They are 2" tall and approximately 1 5/8" wide across the base.
