Offered here is one the special edition pieces that Cat's Meow produces. .\ From the 1990 DePere Wisconsin Historical Building Series comes the Centennial Year Edition Public Library. It is hand numbered # 186. It is signed by Faline and dated1991.
Each piece is hand painted,.The condition is very good but there are a few rubbed spots. and some slight soiling. There is a light scratch on the right hand side.
