This hand painted porcelain "family" tells a whole story - the little girl holds her doll, while the young boy watches, his teddy bear clutched behind his back.

Dimensions: Each measures 6 3/4" tall.

Marks/Dates: Backstamped with a crown over S, and "GDR" - for VEB Grafenthal Porcelain Figurines (c. 1972 - 1990). He is impressed "11347." She has "11346". Graftenthal began in 1906 as Carl Scheidig Porcelain, nationalized in 1972, and privatized in 1990.

Condition: Lovely. No chips, cracks or other damage.
