"The Golfer" was the fourth issue in the Official Honeymooners Plate collection, which was produced on hard-fire porcelain in an edition limited to a maximum of 14 firing days and approved by Jackie Gleason.
In this picture, Ralph's ambition to succeed and get in good with his boss leads him to tell a whopper - he brags that he knows how to play golf and tries to squeeze in years of lessons in just one!
Size: Plate measures 8 1/8" in diameter.
Marks/Dates: c. 1987. Limited Edition #1094P.
Condition: Mint. Carefully stored, never displayed. There is no box or COA.
