Game Play Info: Mr. Fantastic, Game Play Info: The leader of the Fantastic Four, the man with the plan! Mr. Fantastic is the thinking person’s hero. He offers a strange mix of offensive, defensive and support powers. Obviously he can tie up opponents with Plasticity and use it to keep his foes immobile. Even tougher enemies don’t cause him too much trouble because he has Toughness or Invulnerability. His damage value is okay, and he has a good range value, but it’s the combination of Incapacitate and Outwit lower on the dial that can really mess up any opponent. Use it to soften up and weaken foes for others to take down. On a team—like, say, the Fantastic Four—he really comes into his own.
