This pretty little bell was made for Enesco. It is a white porcelain bell covered with kelly green shamrocks with a gold tip on the handle. It measures approx. 3 1/4" tall x 2 1/4" across base and has no nicks, chips, cracks or crazing. There is a small bit of gold wear on the tip of the handle.
