Primitive Strap Handle Tin Club Cookie Cutter

This is an older strap handle cookie or biscuit cutter in the shape of a club. I suspect it dates to the 1930's or earlier.
It measures 2 3/4" wide and is 3 1/8" tall. The condition is good for the age, but it has been used and does show wear. I've washed these but left any other cleaning up to the buyer
