Tilso BEAGLE Ceramic Figurine on Wood Stand Japan

This hand-painted porcelain Beagle figurine has a silver identification chain collar around his neck, and sits, with the sweetest expression, on a block of dark wood.
Dimensions: 4 1/2" long x 2 3/4" wide x 5 1/2" tall.
Marks/Dates: Stamped "992" on the bottom of the wood. Manufactured in Japan for TILSO, circa 1950's/1960's.
Condition: His right paw has been repaired, as you can see in the 3rd photo. Otherwise, no chips, cracks or other damage.
