Vintage Metal American Eagle Bell Wood Handle

The base of this bell is made of silvertoned metal with an American eagle on it. The handle is made of wood. The bell measures approx. 11" tall x 3 1/2" across bottom of bell. This piece is in excellent used condition. The clapper is intact. This piece is not marked and I couldn't pin it down to a maker.
