RED ROSE TEA MINIATURE CERAMIC FIGURINE WADE ENGLAND aka Wade Whimsie Bi colored Beaver,
from the George Wade Pottery of Burslem, England. color Dark Brownand camel or tan.Size: Approximately 1-1/2 inches tall X approximately 1-1/2 inches wide at the base. This is one of the original, smallest size that these figurines ever came in.
Markerd "WADE ENGLAND" imprinted in raised, capital letters, into the base on which the animal sits.
Series: 1 of the 32 porcelain Animals that came inside boxes of Red Rose Orange Pekoe Tea from 1967 to 1973 for the Canadian market. Condition near mint. it has a tiny drop of extra clay or glaze near the corner of his mouth
Condition: MINT.
